Premium build, smart controls and incredibly smooth performance.

This is one of the most advanced couple’s toys out there, and you can tell immediately from the quality. The silicone is silky and flexible, and the adjustable shape actually stays in place without slipping. The vibrations are strong but smooth, and the dual-stimulation design works incredibly well whether using solo or with a partner. The app control adds a whole new level — gestures, patterns, remote control, all very intuitive once set up. It’s fully waterproof, charges quickly, and feels like a properly premium toy. Quiet, powerful, and very well thought-out. Premium build, smart controls and incredibly smooth performance.

great job!

This is a very well designed and high quality product. The silicone feels soft and comfortable, and the adjustable fit makes it work for different body types. The app control is smooth and responsive, and the range of intensity levels gives plenty of choice. i like that it’s waterproof and easy to clean, which makes it practical as well as fun. It feels premium and well engineered rather than gimmicky. A thoughtfully designed item that clearly had real users in mind.

Not cheap, but it could be worth it for you

The smaller end is designed to go inside, with the larger end outside. One notable feature of the Chorus is that there are two hinges between the two ends to make it easier to get the right fit for the individual – the vast majority of ‘in and out’ toys are either inflexible and hope that they fit or rely on having a floppy joining part which can make keeping both ends in place difficult. It still may not be right for you, but there’s more chance it will be. You’ll also need to remember the right bends, because the charging case wants it in one particular position. The other thing that’s been retained is the ability to control it by squeezing the remote control rather than having to find the right button when your mind’s on something else. It’s not perfect, but there are also buttons if you’ve forgotten to check that the pressure is right before beginning. You can also use their (much better than average) app too. I’m not sure why some patterns are only available via the app. It can also respond to touch on the outside end and that’s adjustable in the app too. When I ordered this, I couldn’t find it the maker’s site so it wasn’t clear what the ‘Pro’ version added to the original Chorus. The two main things are that the two motors in the outside end can now produce some more interesting effects (you may or may not like them) and that the remote vibrates slightly to give haptic feedback as to what setting its on. For the same price, that’s a good upgrade. The shape of the charging case is better too – flatter and looking more like a case for some headphones rather than standing up attracting ‘what’s that?’ attention. The material’s good and one reason for the shape of the insertable bit is that you’re supposed to be able to wear this when someone’s inside you. (This is one reason for the touch-sensitivity of the outside end – it’s supposed to respond to his pubic bone touching it.) That’s extremely partner-dependent, in terms of their size, how much they want to move, and their liking or otherwise for having something buzzing away against them. But it does work nicely with smoother dildos. Is it worth it? If you’re looking at the We-vibe range, it’s certainly worth the relatively small premium over the Sync options. If you’re not, it’s a significant investment – check out the returns policy.

Luxury look, middling pleasure, steep price!

Vine review. I received this for free to test, but I always give my honest opinion of using the product. Let’s start with the price. At £189, this is not cheap. Is it worth it? No. Is it good? It is okay. Out of the box, it feels premium. The magnetised presentation case looks lovely, and the inner round dock charges both the toy and the remote. Plug the power into the case, and the toy will click into place to charge. That sealed setup keeps the toy fully waterproof. The silicone finish feels smooth and high-quality, which helps make a good first impression. There are two clever touches. The first is the squeeze control on the handle. Squeezing mirrors the pattern and ramps the intensity, so a partner can match what you feel in their hand, which is playful and a bit novel. The second is that it can be worn during penetrative “encounters”. That part was okay for me, although the first moments felt uncomfortable, and I can imagine it will be the same for others. Where it falls is the fit and the sensation. Like many toys of this style, the external arm is quite long, so it often misses the spot and requires constant nudging around. Once in place, the stimulation is fine rather than thrilling. I wouldn’t consider this a favourite, as the experience falls short of the luxury price tag. Cool idea, average results. Pros – Elegant case that doubles as a charger, great for storage and travel – Fully sealed and waterproof charging design – Smooth silicone with a quality feel – Squeeze control on the handle that mirrors the sensation Cons – £189 is hard to defend, given the performance – The external arm sits long and misses the target for many bodies – Needs frequent repositioning to feel effective – First use felt uncomfortable and may be painful for some – Overall stimulation is average, not a go-to
