This is definitely a premium product, and it feels like one. The build quality is excellent, with a smooth, well-finished design that feels comfortable to hold and use. The different intensity settings give a good range depending on preference, and the sonic technology is quite different from traditional vibration. It’s more targeted and doesn’t feel overly harsh, even on higher settings. The app connectivity is an interesting addition, though I found the manual controls more than sufficient for everyday use. Battery life is solid and charging is straightforward. It’s on the expensive side, but you can see where the money has gone in terms of quality and design.

Premium Quality, easy to use

I was curious to try the LELO SONA 3 mainly because I wanted to see the updated design and the new Bluetooth app, and it’s honestly been a pleasant surprise. The first thing I noticed was how premium it feels – the silicone is incredibly soft, and the shape sits comfortably in the hand. The interface is simple, but pairing it with the app makes it feel much more modern and customisable. I like being able to adjust patterns and intensity without fumbling with buttons, especially during relaxation routines. The sound‑based technology is definitely different from traditional wellness devices, and it took me a moment to get used to it, but once I did, it felt surprisingly gentle yet effective. Battery life has also been solid; I’ve only had to charge it once after several sessions. It’s a thoughtfully designed, high‑quality device that feels both luxurious and easy to use.

Fun for couples or for solo play. Excellent quality and functionality

I picked this up for my wife because she has another one which is really basic and lacks quality along with features. However, she did enjoy the basic / cheaper one which is why I knew this one from Lelo would be much better. We’ve been using this for about 2 months now. First of all, you can really notice the quality of the Sona 3 versus other cheaper products on the market. The esthetic is sleek and elegant. Battery life is much longer than the other cheaper ones. The bluetooth app is also awesome to have because there are additional features and settings on it, and you can see exactly what you’re selecting. As per my wife’s experience “The pulses are smoother and more uniform which creates a more sensual and realistic feeling”. We use this during our time together. To any men out there, this is your best friend and will make time in the bedroom more relaxing on those days when you’re a bit more tired. I also travel for work a lot so this is something that she uses while I’m away. Overall, this is a fantastic sonic massager which I and my wife highly recommend.

Worth its weight

Sona 3 for the win, over and over and over. Very soft, supple silicone exterior and a larger head than the premier Sona release so you can get much more broad labia contact . If you are looking for the suction and vibrating features, this is the starting and ending point of your hunt. You won’t be disappointed. Waterproof and long lasting charge (good for a weekend away without needing to take the charger along) makes this a major contender in the adult toys cubby.
